Our property is located in Pittulongu, just 700 meters from the enchanting beaches—easily reachable on foot—and 450 meters from the bus stop to Olbia and Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport. It enjoys a strategic location, making it easy to visit some of the most renowned destinations nearby, such as Golfo Aranci, Porto Rotondo, Porto Cervo, and the Costa Smeralda.
Guests can unwind in the spacious garden, take a dip in the swimming pool, soak up the sun in the solarium, or enjoy delicious aperitifs and themed dinners at the brand-new bar.

All rooms are equipped with en suite bathroom with shower, a flat-screen TV, hairdryer, towel set, air conditioning, drying rack, iron and ironing board and a table with chairs. Some rooms have their own outdoor kitchen.
Our guests can relax for free by the swimming pool equipped with sun beds and beach umbrellas, or in the shared sitting room overlooking the garden and enjoy additional amenities, including a coffee machine with free pods, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor shower (available also after check out for a fee), an external washing area, a washing machine (for a fee), and a reserved parking area (for a fee).
